Cam Paton
DIRECTOR
Cam Paton has more than 25 years experience in the construction industry, having hands-on and project management positions. Cam has overseen a wide variety of projects over the years, gaining valuable knowledge and a thorough understanding of construction requirements.
Steve Munro
Operations Manager
Steve has more than 10 years of hands-on industry experience. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of staff at Paton Civil. Steve’s knowledge enables him to strategically process improvements onsite to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule and delivering a professional service every time.

Up-to-date trucks & machinery
Retaining up to date trucks and machinery that are designed to provide a reduction of fuel consumption assists us as a company to meet some of the health and environmental concerns caused by emissions that are both harmful to human health and our environment.
Reducing water waste
We also have made a sustainable step to reserve water supplies when reducing airborne dust on our work sites. This commitment is at the forefront when planning projects to ensure works are completed in the safest and most efficient manner.
As a member of SiteSafe & CostructSafe, we provide ongoing safety training for all employees ensuring high levels of compliance to its requirements.
Staff are also required to be involved in regular meetings to discuss how to improve safety together.
